Family Room
The family room has an extra large corner suite that may also be turned into a queen sized bed.
The suite comfortably provides enough seating for everyone, with a 50" HD Plasma television
with cable a DVD player and Nintendo Wii provided for everyone’s entertainment.
Looking back from the family room to the kitchen you can appreciate the sheer size of the
living area in the villa.
Family Dining Area
The nook or family dining area is 20' x 12' and has a large dining table, with additional
seating around the breakfast bar. The pool area is located to the side of this area with
access to the lanai to the side.
Kitchen
The kitchen has high quality maple units, with an island unit which also has a breakfast bar,
sink and dishwasher built in. The American fridge freezer has a built in ice maker & water
dispenser. Pots, pans, cutlery and flatware are provided for your use. The cupboards also
contain everyday items that you would expect to find for your use during your vacation.
Formal Living Room
The formal living room is the perfect place to relax after a hard day at the parks or visiting
the multitude of attractions Florida has to offer.
Relax, pick up a good book and enjoy 'your time' while the kids enjoy the games room, Wii console
or watch the TV in the family room.
Formal Dining Room
The formal dining room is 16'6 x 11'. The table is set out with quality crockery and is
perfect for a family dinner.
The butler’s pantry is situated off the formal dining area and is the ideal buffer between the kitchen and this area.
Study Area
The study area has a queen size sleeper sofa which gives a 7th bedroom option to the house for
larger groups and as such adds more flexability. Or can be used as a quiet area to relax in at
the end of the day.
Bedroom Suite 1
Suite 1 is the main master suite (also called the owners suite), the bedroom alone measures
an impressive 15' x 13'.
Add to this the separate large walk in wardrobe and the en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, large
tub and separate shower, all fitted to the highest standards. The furniture is of very high
quality and the bed is a full American king size bed (called a 'super king' in the UK). This
is the suite everyone will want!
The TV in this suite is a 32" LCD TV with cable.
The en-suite bathroom
Two sink units are found in the marble vanity unit. The door to the right leads to the WC, the
bath tub is to the left, whilst the separate full shower is to the side of the bath.
Hairdryers are provided in all bedrooms (UK / European hairdryers do not work in the USA due to
voltage differences). There are also a set of professional hair straightening irons in this bedroom.
Bedroom Suite 2
Suite 2 is a very spacious 13' x 12' and is perfect for families with little ones who need to use
the cot as there is plenty of space. This suite has a beautiful view from the front window of the
planting to the front of the villa and is often the most fought over bedroom!
The bed is a full American king size (called a 'super king' in the UK) and of course a TV with cable TV.
Bedside cabinets, a large dresser unit with mirror and separate wardrobe complete the storage in this room.
The ensuite bathroom
Like the other bedrooms, suite 2 has a private en-suite with cultured marble countertops, a bath
tub and large shower.
Bedroom Suite 3
Suite 3 is located at the back of the house overlooking the pool and has a separate double shower
in the en-suite bathroom. There is a queen size bed, also known as a king in Europe.
All rooms also have two sets of sheets, pillow cases etc.
Hairdryers are provided in all bedrooms (UK / European hairdryers do not work in the USA due to
voltage differences).
Bedroom Suite 4
Bedroom 4 has an American queen size bed (this is called a king size in the UK) and like all master
suites. The bedroom has a cable TV and DVD player.
The bathroom is spacious with a large 'family size' walk in shower and huge vanity mirror.
Bedroom Suite 5
Bedroom 5 is attached via the bathroom to bedroom suite 3. It has twin beds and a TV with cable TV.
(don't worry - the room is also air conditioned!)

Bedroom Suite 6
Bedroom 6 is at the front of the house, It has twin beds and a TV with cable TV.
Games Room
The games room includes a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Dart Board and a Football Table.
